Basketball Recap: Eden Valley-Watkins Comes Up Short

If Eden Valley-Watkins was riding high fresh off their 63-35 takedown of Maple Lake last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eden Valley-Watkins Eagles were dealt an 81-42 loss at the hands of the New London-Spicer Wildcats on Friday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Eden Valley-Watkins' defeat dropped their record down to 5-24. As for New London-Spicer, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 26-1.

As of now, neither Eden Valley-Watkins nor New London-Spicer have any future games scheduled.
