Even though the Chamberlain Storm have not done well against the Jefferson Dragons recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Chamberlain skirted past Jefferson 35-33. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win Chamberlain has posted yet this season.

Chamberlain's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alyssa Dejesus, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dejesus has scored all season. K'mari Johnson was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

The victory makes it two in a row for Chamberlain and bumps their season record up to 3-10. As for Jefferson, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
