Cypress Woods came tearing into Friday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cypress Lakes Spartans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Cypress Woods took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-8, 25-10.

Cypress Woods' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addison Gibson, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces Gibson has posted over her last seven matchups.
