Basketball Recap: Sheyenne Comes Up Short

They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 69-65 heartbreaker at the hands of the Red River Roughriders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Roughriders this season, with their most recent loss being a 80-69 defeat last Tuesday.

Sheyenne's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Red River, they have been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.
