Softball Recap: White Cloud Takes a Loss

White Cloud lost to Chippewa Hills on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians came up short against the Warriors, falling 15-3.

Kaelyn Blanzy and Lilliayn Burgess did some serious damage despite the final result: Blanzy went a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run, while Burgess went a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases and two runs.

White Cloud's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chippewa Hills, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. White Cloud will challenge rival Big Rapids at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Chippewa Hills is set to take on their familiar foe Lakeview at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
