Football Recap: Lake Region Falls Short Against Ranked Mt. Ararat + How To Watch

Lake Region faced Mt. Ararat in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Lakers were beaten by the Eagles 58-22. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake Region's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Mt. Ararat, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Lake Region will face off against Old Orchard Beach at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lakers will need to watch out since the Seagulls have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Mt. Ararat, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Waterville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
