Softball Recap: Slaton Tigers vs. Childress Bobcats
Slaton lost against Childress back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Slaton Tigers fell just short of the Childress Bobcats by a score of 5-4.
For Childress' part, Ansley Parr was a major factor while hitting and pitching. As for Childress, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Childress is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.
