Football Game Preview: Northglenn Norsemen vs. Overland Trailblazers + How To Watch

Northglenn hasn't had much luck against Overland recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Norsemen will square off against the Trailblazers at 7:00 p.m. Northglenn is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

On Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Northglenn beat Mountain Range 14-10.

Nicholas Reynolds had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 148 yards and one score, and also caught one TD. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made nine total tackles.

Reynolds was just one part of a punishing run game: Northglenn was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 202 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 170 rushing yards in three consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Overland is still winless after their contest against Boulder on Friday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 17-14 heartbreaker at the hands of the Panthers.

Northglenn's record now sits at 6-3. As for Overland, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

Northglenn was taken down by Overland 42-9 when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Norsemen avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
