Basketball Recap: Tipton-Rosemark Academy Takes a Loss

Tipton-Rosemark Academy lost against Evangelical Christian back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tipton-Rosemark Academy Rebels lost 48-26 to the Evangelical Christian Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 297th, while the Eagles are ranked 99th).

Tipton-Rosemark Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Evangelical Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tipton-Rosemark Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Munford at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Evangelical Christian, they and Fayette Academy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
