Basketball Game Preview: Torrington Trailblazers vs. Burns Broncs

The Torrington Trailblazers will face off against the Burns Broncs at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Thursday, Torrington came up short against Wheatland and fell 61-53. The Trailblazers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Burns was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 70-34 loss at the hands of Glenrock.

Torrington's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Burns, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-17.

Everything came up roses for Torrington against Burns in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 75-35 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Torrington since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
