Volleyball Recap: Asbury Takes a Loss

Asbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Oakwood Academy Mustangs.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18.

Asbury's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Oakwood Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.

Looking ahead, Asbury will take on Coosa Christian at 6:30 p.m. on October 2. As for Oakwood Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering on the 23rd.
