Baseball Preview: East Allegheny Wild Cats vs. Ligonier Valley Rams
The East Allegheny Wild Cats will head out on the road to square off against the Ligonier Valley Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: East Allegheny has struggled recently with 16 defeats in a row, while Ligonier Valley will arrive with five straight wins.

On the hitting side, Austin Harr was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two triples, four RBI, and one run. Those two triples gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Smith, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Ligonier Valley hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least two batters in three consecutive contests.
East Allegheny's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Ligonier Valley, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.
