Basketball Game Preview: Seaside Spartans vs. Live Oak Acorns

The Seaside Spartans will venture away from home to take on the Live Oak Acorns at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Seaside was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 57-51 to North Monterey County. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Condors recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Live Oak lost to Crystal Springs Uplands on the road by a 68-52 margin on Tuesday.

Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Live Oak, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
