North Miami won the last time they faced Ferguson and things went their way on Wednesday too. The North Miami Pioneers put the hurt on the Ferguson Falcons with a sharp 64-43 victory. The Pioneers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Jadore Hayes, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 30 boards. She has been hot recently, having posted 25 or more rebounds the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rayna Benoit, who went 6 for 12 en route to 20 points.

North Miami was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ferguson only racked up 11 assists.

When it comes to explaining why Ferguson lost, don't look at Aunnie Stier. Despite the final result, she went 6 of 13 on her way to 14 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. Sophia Diaz was another key player, putting up six points and four steals.

North Miami is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.5 points per game. As for Ferguson, their loss dropped their record down to 13-4.
