The Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles's game on Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past BASIS 72-50.

Among those leading the charge was Luke Florio, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Pax Holcomb, who scored six points along with seven assists and six rebounds.

Despite the loss, BASIS saw an underclassman step up: Timothy Chamberlain II scored 28 points. Christopher Hickman was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

Model Secondary School for the Deaf now has a winning record of 2-1. As for BASIS, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
