Recap: Frankenmuth Eagles vs. Glenn Bobcats
The Frankenmuth Eagles had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.6 points), and they went ahead and made it 12 on Monday. They breezed by Glenn at home to the tune of 64-12. Frankenmuth has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.
Frankenmuth was led to victory by Clare Conzelmann and Mia McLaughlin. Conzelmann scored 15 points along with two steals, while McLaughlin scored 14 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Conzelmann has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. Another player making a difference was Lucy Conzelmann, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Frankenmuth pushed their record up to 15-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Glenn, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
