Baseball Recap: Crestline Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Crestline's offense. They came up short against the South Central Trojans on Friday, falling 13-0. The Bulldogs' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Crestline saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Quentin Kapp, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Crestline's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for South Central, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crestline will welcome Wynford at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for South Central, they will face off against New London at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
