            Baseball Recap: University School Preppers vs. Licking Valley Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, University School couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Licking Valley Panthers by a score of  1-0 on Saturday. The  game marked the first time this season in which the Preppers were not able to get on the board.
 Crew Bellan was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out seven over six innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-low in  walks (zero).
 At the plate, University School saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Deacon Nelson, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  stolen base.
