Recap: Camp Hill Lions vs. Trinity Shamrocks

The Camp Hill Lions lost against the Trinity Shamrocks on January 3rd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Camp Hill took a hard 61-44 fall against Trinity. Camp Hill has not had much luck with Trinity recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Trinity found their leader in underclassman Reece Brown, who scored 26 points along with seven rebounds. Brown is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Owen Schlager, who scored nine points along with 12 rebounds.

Camp Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Trinity, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camp Hill will take on Bishop McDevitt at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Bishop McDevitt presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Camp Hill in Pennsylvania (Bishop McDevitt is ranked 260th, while Camp Hill is ranked 558th). As for Trinity, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bishop Guilfoyle at 3:00 p.m. on January 27th. One thing working in Bishop Guilfoyle's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matchups.
