Football Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union fell victim to Westfield and their airtight defense on Saturday. They lost 21-0 to the Blue Devils. The defeat leaves the Farmers still looking for their first win of the season.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Westfield, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Union will head out to face off against Hunterdon Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Farmers will be up against the Red Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Westfield, they will challenge St. Joseph at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
