Basketball Recap: Marked Tree Takes a Loss

If Marked Tree was riding high fresh off their 67-10 takedown of Armorel last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Marked Tree Indians took a 57-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Earle Bulldogs. The Indians have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Marked Tree's loss dropped their record down to 17-6. As for Earle, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-5.

Marked Tree will challenge Bay at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Earle, they will head out to take on Armorel at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
