Soccer Recap: East Henderson Find Success

East Henderson won the last time they faced Smoky Mountain, and things went their way on Wednesday too. The East Henderson Eagles had just enough and edged the Smoky Mountain Mustangs out 3-2. The Eagles' winning goal came courtesy of Lara Perez Luis.

East Henderson's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10-3. As for Smoky Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Tuscola the next time they take the pitch. East Henderson will head out to face Tuscola at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while Smoky Mountain will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
