Volleyball Recap: Scottsburg Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Scottsburg saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Perry Central Commodores. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11.

Leading Perry Central to victory were Mya Litherland and Kaitlyn Goffinet. Litherland had six kills and six digs, while Goffinet had eight digs and two aces. What's more, Goffinet posted five assists, the most she's had since back in October of 2024.

Scottsburg now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Perry Central, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Scottsburg has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Borden on the 16th. As for Perry Central, they will square off against Cannelton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
