Baseball Recap: Workman Comes Up Short

Workman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Baldwin Park Braves, falling 13-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lobos of the 25-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2022.

Workman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Baldwin Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Workman will take on Ganesha at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last five games Ganesha has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Baldwin Park, they are taking a road trip to face off against Sierra Vista at 3:30 p.m. on March 11th.
