Georgia Top 25 high school boys basketball rankings: No. 1 Grayson beats No. 2 Shiloh

The top-ranked Rams win pair of Region 8-7A games including big 11-point victory over No. 2 Shiloh; Sandy Creek and Tri-Cities enter Top 10.

Inclement weather delayed the big Region 8 AAAAAAA showdown between No. 1 Grayson and No. 2 Shiloh last week, but the top-ranked Rams pulled out a 75-64 championship win on Monday night.

Caleb Murphy led Grayson with 24 points, while Josh Smith added four 3-pointers and 14 points, Toneari Lane contributed 13 points and Deivon Smith 10.

Grayson ionce again tops the MaxPreps Georgia Top 25 boys basketball rankings this week and is No. 3 nationally. The Rams have won 18 straight games, including an 82-58 Region 8 semifinal win over No. 25 Newton.



Two new teams entered the top 10, with Tri-Cities (23-5) moving up from No. 13 to No. 8, and Sandy Creek (23-4) from No. 12 to No. 9.
