Volleyball Recap: Lyman Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lyman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Powell Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in October.

Lexie Snyder paced Lyman's offense, picking up 15 kills. Snyder got some help from Amy Eyre and her 39 assists. Finally, Whitley Bradshaw kept Lyman's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Lyman's defeat dropped their record down to 17-17-1. As for Powell, they now have a winning record of 17-16-1.

Lyman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Powell, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Mountain View on the 1st.
