Basketball Recap: Wake Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Wake Christian Academy lost against St. David back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wake Christian Academy Bulldogs fell 43-33 to the St. David's Warriors.

Eliza Everett had a dynamite game for St. David's, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. That's the most points Everett has posted since back in December of 2023. Anna Hauser was another key player, putting up 11 points and three steals.

Wake Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for St. David's, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

Wake Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Trinity Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for St. David's, they will venture away from home to take on Cary Christian at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
