Baseball Recap: Harriton Comes Up Short

Harriton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Lower Merion Aces, falling 10-1. The Rams were not able to make up for their loss to the Aces from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Bryce Siegel was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played.

Harriton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Lower Merion, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Harriton is set to square off against their familiar foe Penncrest at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lower Merion will take on rival Conestoga at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
