Softball Recap: Hialeah Educational Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Pine Crest last Tuesday, Hialeah Educational Academy came back down to earth. The Biggie lost 22-3 to the Somerset Academy South Homestead Hurricanes on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Biggie in their meetings with the Hurricanes: they've now lost four in a row.

Hialeah Educational Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Somerset Academy South Homestead, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Hialeah Educational Academy is taking a road trip to challenge Goleman at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Somerset Academy South Homestead, they will host Archbishop Carroll at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
