Basketball Recap: Ashland Takes a Loss

Ashland lost against Southern Aroostook back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ashland Hornets were dealt a 66-24 loss at the hands of the Southern Aroostook Warriors. The Hornets' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Ashland's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Southern Aroostook, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-7.

Ashland will welcome Madawaska at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southern Aroostook, they will head out to square off against Stearns at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
