De La Salle won against Landry-Walker on Monday with 51 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The De La Salle Cavalier simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Landry Buccaneers 51-16. The Cavalier have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for De La Salle and bumps their season record up to 9-7. As for Landry, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

De La Salle will take on Slidell at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Slidell will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something De La Salle surely won't give up without a fight. As for Landry, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wright at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Wright's defense has only allowed 26.4 points per game this season, so Landry's offense will have their work cut out for them.
