King George's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They snuck past the Spotsylvania Knights with a 67-62 victory. The Foxes haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

King George's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aiden Wright led the charge by dropping a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Nick Smoot, who went 8 for 13 to rack up 19 points.

King George's victory bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Spotsylvania, they are on a 30-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.
