Adams kept a clean sheet against Samuell on Friday. They came out on top against the Samuell Spartans by a score of 2-0. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Spartans are ranked 597th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
