Volleyball Recap: Ridgeview Christian Triumphs

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Ridgeview Christian walked away with it. They walked away with a 3-1 win over United Christian Academy on Monday. The victory continues a trend for Ridgeview Christian in their matchups with United Christian Academy: they've now won six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 17-25, 25-12, 25-18.

Sadie Corbin had a dynamite game, getting 28 digs and three aces. She has been hot, having posted 16 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Corbin wasn't the only good servers: Ridgeview Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive matchups.

Ridgeview Christian's record now sits at 11-5. As for United Christian Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-10.

As of now, neither Ridgeview Christian nor United Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
