Basketball Recap: Exeter Takes a Loss

Exeter won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They came up short against the Southwest Trojans, falling 58-33. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Exeter's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Southwest, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-6.

Exeter has already played their next matchup (against Hurley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Southwest has already played their next game, a 54-27 loss against Reeds Spring on the 25th.
