Softball Game Preview: Kimberly Papermaker Wasp vs. Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts

Kimberly is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Kaukauna is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Papermaker Wasp will host the Galloping Ghosts at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Kaukauna took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Kimberly, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Kimberly beat Oshkosh West 12-9. That's two games straight that the Papermaker Wasp have won by exactly three runs.

Meanwhile, Kaukauna unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Neenah by a score of 5-4.

Kimberly's win bumped their record up to 18-7. As for Kaukauna, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.
