Volleyball Game Preview: Cicero Prep Academy Centurions vs. Ray Bearcats

Cicero Prep Academy is a perfect 3-0 against Ray since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Centurions will host the Bearcats at 5:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Ray will be up against a hot Cicero Prep Academy team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went the Centurions' way against Valley Lutheran on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Centurions not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25th (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Ray hadn't done well against Duncan recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bearcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wildkats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bearcats have posted against the Wildkats since October 16, 2018.

Cicero Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 19-8. As for Ray, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
