Volleyball Recap: Paola Gets the Win

Paola won the last time they faced Atchison and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Phoenix by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Paola took both sets by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-8.

Ellie Trachsel paced Paola's offense, picking up eight kills. Trachsel got some help from Kamryn Winterscheid and her 13 assists.

Paola's win bumped their record up to 25-8. As for Atchison, their loss dropped their record down to 11-21-4.

Paola wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Wamego on the 25th. Atchison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
