Baseball Recap: Medford Tech Gets the Win

Medford Tech posted their closest victory since April 24th on Thursday. They skirted past the Paulsboro Red Raiders 6-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jaguars.

David Friday was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April.

Friday wasn't the only one making solid contact: Medford Tech kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive games.

Medford Tech's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Paulsboro, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Medford Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Paulsboro has already played their next matchup (against Westampton Tech), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
