Walkertown came out on top against North Forsyth on Tuesday thanks in part to Owen Tidd's efforts. Tidd wasn't messing around, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was his sixth straight with five or more strikeouts.

Tidd's strong effort led Walkertown over North Forsyth and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolfpack are a perfect 8-0 against the Vikings going back to March of 2015, a lead they'll look to extend.
