Snake River entered their tilt with Marsh Valley on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-11, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Emma Cook, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September.

Cook wasn't the only good servers: Snake River was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

Snake River's record is now 17-10. As for Marsh Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Coincidentally, Snake River and Marsh Valley will both be playing Preston the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
