Volleyball Recap: Elcho Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Elcho won the last time they faced Faith Christian Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hornets walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Saints.

Elcho walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-23, 25-8, 21-25, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was Kayla Siemers, who had 13 digs and one assist. That's the most digs she has posted over her last nine matches.

Elcho was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in six consecutive contests.

Elcho is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-16 record this season. As for Faith Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

As of now, neither Elcho nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
