The Fulton Science Academy Mustangs had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on Cross Keys with a sharp 68-46 win on Friday.
Andre Green, Jr. continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 45 points. The game was his tenth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Samir Noohani, who scored 11 points.
Fulton Science Academy's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6. As for Cross Keys, they bumped their record down to 2-10 with that loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fulton Science Academy will take on Holy Spirit Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cross Keys, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Howard at 7:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Georgia (Howard is ranked 550th, while Cross Keys is ranked 564th).
