Softball Recap: ITW David Speer Academy Continues Home Dominance on Friday

ITW David Speer Academy entered their tilt with Bulls College Prep on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bulls 19-4. The result was nothing new for the Pride, who have now won three matchups by 15 runs or more so far this season.

ITW David Speer Academy got a massive performance out of Estela Garcia, who scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Garcia continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anaiyah Costoso, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2.

ITW David Speer Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .312 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
