Soccer Recap: Wayne Comes Up Short

After flying high against Penn Yan Academy on Monday, Wayne came back down to earth. The Eagles came up short against the Webster Schroeder Warriors on Tuesday, falling 4-0. Wayne were not able to make up for their defeat to Webster Schroeder from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Wayne now has a losing record of 5-6-1. As for Webster Schroeder, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Coming up, Wayne will be playing at home against Palmyra-Macedon at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Webster Schroeder, they will head out to face off against Rush-Henrietta at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
