Softball Recap: Porter Ridge Pirates vs. Mallard Creek Mavericks
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Porter Ridge). Everything went their way against the Mallard Creek Mavericks on Wednesday as Porter Ridge made off with a 16-1 win. The Pirates have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mavericks, too.

Lexi Johnson made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
