Basketball Recap: Iowa Park Triumphs

Iowa Park's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They snuck past the Holliday Eagles with a 48-43 win. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 72-48 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Iowa Park's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 14-8. As for Holliday, their loss dropped their record down to 16-7.

Iowa Park will head out to take on Vernon at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Holliday, they will square off against Jacksboro at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
