Potomac waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South Tigers with a sharp 83-61 victory. With the Wolverines ahead 47-24 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Lincoln Nelson and Josiah Riley certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Nelson posted 20 points, while Riley put up 16 points. Another player making a difference was Carlos Turner, who scored five points.

Potomac's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.
