Basketball Game Preview: Gleason Bulldogs vs. Lake County Falcons

Gleason and Lake County are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. The Gleason Bulldogs will host the Lake County Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Gleason is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest defeat since November 23, 2024 on Tuesday. They took a blow against Union City, falling 78-48. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Lake County was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Dresden 67-36. That looming 67-36 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Falcons yet this season.

Lake County's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Gleason, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.

Gleason came out on top in a nail-biter against Lake County in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, sneaking past 69-67. Will Gleason repeat their success, or does Lake County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
