Football Recap: Paint Valley Takes a Loss

Paint Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 35-22 to the McClain Tigers. The Bearcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Paint Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for McClain, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paint Valley will take on Westfall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Bearcats' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for McClain, they will host East Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
